Bharat Singh, as a Deputy Director General, is currently heading the office of the Governor of the Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM). In his previous capacity as the Director of Admin & IT, he was extensively involved in policy making and had also spearheaded IT infrastructure development projects in CBM. Before joining banking sector he served in Myanmar Defense Services. He holds Bachelor Degree in Science and Diploma in Law.

SecureMetric prepares views of banking security on many topics including the Ministry of Finance Vietnam’s need for FIPS 140-2 Level 4 HSM, Malaysia’s banking markets and visions of the future for cyber security in eGoverments in the ASEAN region.

Chin Wan’s technology and business experience spans over 15 years in the domains of strategy, operations, technology esp. security, web and mobile platforms for banks. He has successfully architected three banking products before joining SecureMetric’s team. He founded iMocha Consulting in 2003 and started providing cash management software to CIMB Bank, Hong Leong Bank and AmBank. In 2003-2005, Chin Wan envisioned, designed, developed and delivered CIMB BizChannel, a PKI based digital signature product suite for cash management via the Internet; the first in Malaysia. He is a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Campbell University and has been on various speaker panel in the banking conference around the region.

Awarded the Information Security Leadership Achievement (ISLA) Award 2010 – Asia Pacific for his contributions in the field of information security, Sivanathan Subramaniam is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a GIAC Certified Security Essentials (GSEC) with 10 years of experience in information security. He was also a GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA) from 2007 – 2011. He is one of the co-editors for ISO/IEC 27037 – Guidelines for Identification, Acquisition, Collection and Preservation of Digital Evidences. Throughout his career he has been in the project team and also led some teams for various information security projects at both national and international levels. Some of his notable works are working at governmental level in implementing ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management System) for a number of local and international organisations, carried out United Nations (UN) and International Telecommunications Union (ITU) projects in Middle East, Eastern Europe and African countries addressing cybersecurity needs and the setting up of National Computer Incident Response Teams (CIRT) and conducted many digital forensics analyses for criminal cases in Malaysia. Siva also holds a Master Degree in Computer Science majoring in Information Security from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
