Navin Vasdave received his bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Multimedia Univerisity. Navin has vast experience in a wide range of areas, specializing in Business Development and Operations Management. His previous roles as a Service Request Desk Business Manager and Incident Desk Operations Manager, plus his certification in ITIL Service Management and NLP has allowed him to bring in depth knowledge and experience in operations, project management, business transformation activities and lean six sigma business process improvements. He is currently pursuing his CISM and CISSP.
